We will be holding our usual Meet & Greet social gathering and making dinner plans while at the host hotel. We usually start arriving there between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. Some get there earlier, some get there later. While we're there, we gather in the parking lot and check out each other's cars, catch up with old friends, make new ones, meet the people behind the forum screen names and generally just BS for a couple of hours. Then we take a headcount and decide on where to eat dinner.
There are a wide variety of restaurants near the hotel, and you are certainly welcome to choose your own dinner.

We usually leave the hotel to go to dinner somewhere between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to enjoy a good meal, then come back to the hotel for more BS'ing and smack talking. Some people even stay up most of the night chatting quietly in the parking lot.
Please remember, there are other guests in the hotel and we don't want to cause any disturbances. This means, try to keep it down after about 9:00 p.m. Also remember, no revving engines or doing burnouts in the hotel parking lot. The locals don't take too kindly to that. Neither does the hotel management. If you plan on having a party in your room, make sure it stays IN your room and not in the lobbies or on the balconies. We'd like to ask that you please respect the privacy of other guests as they paid for their rooms too.
