Our event is run on a Not-for-Profit basis. We make NO money from this event and therefore we have no prize or award budget. The organizing and operating staff is ALL VOLUNTEER. Even this website, it's maintenance and the URL and hosting is donated by one or more of the organizers.

All retail sales will be subject to normal sales tax policies as required by the State of Georgia and local government and it will be the vendor's responsibility to collect any required sales taxes. All sales are considered private and neither Silver Dollar Raceway or the event organizers and staff can he held liable for damages resulting from the sale or purchase of any product, by any person while attending this event.
Our event brings in a wide variety of car enthusiasts from all walks of life. There are always people asking if vendors will be present. Although there are no permanently designated vending areas set up at Silver Dollar Raceway, there is plenty of room for you to set up a booth, table, trailer, etc.
